Patapsco Middle School will be observing the Presidential inauguration on Tues., Jan. 20. Some students will be attending, are you?

The Presidential election is less than a month away. So, what do you think?

In class we discussed how some school districts (Baltimore, New York) paid students for doing well on tests. Do you get paid to do well in school?

This year, PMS experimented with "all boys" and "all girls" classes during summer school. Would you learn better in a class like that?

Welcome 6th graders and parents!

I will update this blog several times a week in an effort to communicate with students and parents. I will post homework, dates for tests and quizzes, information about class activities as well as other pertinent information.

Mr. Ordovensky: I am a product of the Howard County School System, having moved here from Ohio when I was in the 6th grade. I went to Howard High (Go Lions!), Ohio University (Go Bobcats!) and graduated from UMBC (a "Retriever Believer"). This is my fifth year at Patapsco.
